2026 Annual Dues Increase Edit page

At the last Fox Run HOA meeting in October the idea of increasing the annual dues from $200 to $250 was proposed to address the fact that the dues have not been increased since inception (20+ years), while costs have continued to increase year after year. In addition, there was a desire to devote more resources to neighborhood improvement projects including the ongoing pond remediation and paying for the recent replacement of the sea walls. The proposal was met with broad support from homeowners in attendance and was later voted on and approved by the board. With this in mind, you will see an increase in annual Fox Run HOA dues starting in 2026 from $200 to $250. Hopefully this modest increase will help the neighborhood keep pace with increasing costs and ongoing improvement projects going forward.
